Terms

Terms of Service

These terms apply whenever you use Wassup in a Minute AI, the Wassup in a Minute AI video generator at wassupinaminute.co. Using the service means you accept them.

Last updated: October 30, 2026

Using the service

You must be 18 or older, or the age of majority in your country if that is higher, to use the service. Every person shown in a photo must also be an adult who is 18 or older. You need permission for every photo you upload, including consent from the person shown, and you are responsible for keeping your checkout details safe.

You may post finished clips in your own social content, subject to platform rules and the rights of any person, place, music or brand shown. Ads, sponsored posts and other commercial use are at your own responsibility: clear the music and other third-party rights first (see Intellectual property). Impersonation, misleading content, implied endorsements, sexual or violent content, harassment and illegal use are not allowed.

AI output and likeness

AI video is probabilistic. Clips may contain artifacts, odd motion or differences from your photos. We don’t guarantee a specific likeness, look, reach, engagement or platform approval, so review every clip before posting.

Celebrities, public figures, minors and people without documented consent are not supported. Don’t use output to spread false statements, advertise products or political messages, or show someone in a misleading context.

Prohibited content

Nothing you upload, write as a direction or create with Wassup in a Minute AI may fall into any of these categories:

  • Sexual or NSFW content: nudity, sexual acts or sexually suggestive material.
  • Violent or gory content: graphic violence, injuries, blood or cruelty, and threats of or incitement to violence.
  • Hate speech: content that attacks, demeans or harasses people because of their race, ethnicity, nationality, religion, sex, gender identity, sexual orientation, disability or a similar characteristic.
  • Child-unsafe content: child sexual abuse material (CSAM) and anything that sexualizes, exploits or endangers minors. Photos of minors are not accepted at all.
  • Impersonation: putting a real person’s face into a video without their consent, posing as someone else, or passing off a clip as real footage to mislead people.
  • Copyright or trademark infringement: photos, logos, characters, music or other material you don’t own or have permission to use, and clips that pose as an official release of a brand, artist or label.

You also may not try to get around our or our providers’ safety checks, for example by disguising prohibited material or uploading rejected photos again, or use the service for fraud, harassment, spam or anything else illegal. How we moderate: before a render starts, every photo goes through the image provider’s automatic safety check, and any extra direction you write is screened against our list of prohibited terms (we add to it as new misuse appears). The video model’s own safety review checks every clip before it is delivered, and blocked renders are never shown. A person reviews every report, as described below. These checks don’t catch everything, so you remain responsible for what you submit and share.

Breaches, suspension and termination

These terms apply for as long as you use the service. You can stop at any time and ask us to delete your account by writing to support@wassupinaminute.co.

If you break these terms, for example by uploading photos without the consent of the people shown, creating prohibited content or impersonating someone, we may do one or more of the following, depending on how serious the breach is:

  • block or stop the render and delete the photos, directions and videos involved;
  • warn you, or limit features such as uploads, free previews or purchases;
  • suspend your account while we investigate, or close it permanently;
  • cancel your subscription and remove your unused credits; credits and plan time lost this way are not refunded;
  • report the matter to the authorities where the law requires it or someone’s safety is at risk. Child sexual abuse material leads to immediate account closure and a report to the competent authorities, such as the US National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC).

Unless it would be unsafe or unlawful, we tell you what we did and why. If you believe we got it wrong, write to support@wassupinaminute.co and a person will review the decision.

Reporting misuse

We don’t publish the videos made here: each one is shown only to the account that made it, which may then download and share it. If you come across a clip you believe was made with Wassup in a Minute AI that breaks these rules, especially one that shows your face or a minor’s without consent, email support@wassupinaminute.co with the subject “Report misuse”. Include a link or screenshot, where you saw it and, if it concerns you, how we can reach you.

A person reviews every report. Reports involving minors or sexual content are handled first, within 24 hours; others usually within 2 business days. We keep the reporter’s identity confidential and never tell the reported account who reported it. When a report is confirmed we act as described above; deliberately false reports may themselves lead to restrictions.

Credits and availability

Credit packs are single payments and never turn into a subscription unless clearly stated before you pay. If a render fails without delivering a video and wasn’t caused by misuse, its credits are returned automatically.

Subscriptions (the Basic, Plus and Pro plans) renew automatically every month or year at the price shown when you subscribed, until you cancel. You can cancel anytime from your account page or with the payment provider: future charges stop and your plan keeps running until the end of the period you already paid for. You can also switch to another plan: the new plan starts once its first payment goes through, and your previous plan stops renewing but keeps running, with its credits, until the end of its paid period. The unused part of the previous plan is not refunded or credited toward the new one. Plan credits are added each month, yearly plans included, and expire at the end of that month if unused.

Paid renders currently use our best video model from a third-party provider, after a third-party image model draws your photo. We may pause rendering, switch AI models, set fair-use limits or change features to protect quality and costs. While rendering is paused, no uploads, renders or purchases are accepted. We will try to announce significant changes in advance.

Payments and taxes

Orders are sold by us. Card payments go through Stripe’s checkout and PayPal payments through PayPal.

Orders paid through Stripe’s checkout (stripe.com) or with PayPal are sold by us directly and processed by Stripe or PayPal. Whichever way you pay, the price shown before you pay is the total you are charged, including any tax; your bank may add its own currency-conversion fees.

Intellectual property

You keep all rights to the photos you upload and give us a limited license to process them for your render. Between you and us, you may use the output you lawfully create, subject to third-party rights and these terms.

The Wassup in a Minute AI name, interface, text and original site materials belong to their owners. This is an independent, unofficial and fan-made tool. It is not affiliated with Drake, Jhené Aiko, TikTok, @ristyisvalid, or the creators or publishers of Blue Lock or Jujutsu Kaisen.

Paid videos include an original jersey-club-style beat made during the render. The remix used by fans is not included or supplied, and we do not license the song or remix to you. You are responsible for clearing music and other third-party rights for how you use a clip. For an ordinary TikTok post, choose the trending remix through TikTok’s sound picker and lower the video’s original volume. For advertising, sponsored posts or other commercial use, get any required permission first.

Disclaimers and liability

The service is provided “as available”. As far as the law allows, we exclude implied warranties and are not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential losses. Our total liability is limited to what you paid us in the three months before a claim.

Some jurisdictions don’t allow these limits, so parts may not apply to you. Nothing here restricts rights that cannot legally be waived.

Changes and contact

We may update these terms as the service evolves; the date above shows the current version. Continuing to use the service after an update means you accept it. Questions: support@wassupinaminute.co.
